Released Value Protection
This is the basic insurance MyMovers Toronto provides free of charge to all customers. This coverage is sufficient for basic protection and reimbursement for standard moves. Claims are generally settled at 60 cents per pound regardless of value. While this the most cost-effective policy, a call to your personal insurance company will verify additional protection that might be available through your homeowner’ policy.
Full Replacement Value
This is our most comprehensive plan and covers lost, damaged, or destroyed items will in our possession. There is an additional charge for this service, but MyMovers Toronto will restore the item to its original condition, pay the cost of repairs, replace the article with another item of similar value, or pay the cost of a replacement. Check with your MyMovers Toronto agent for plan costs and exclusions such as items of extraordinary value.
Safe and Secure
MyMovers Toronto crew members are all experienced, qualified employees who promise to treat your possessions like their own. The company is licensed and insured for your protection against damage on-site during packing and unpacking. Stored items will be insured under the terms and policies set by the individual storage company.
